Meet the SkanWell Team

Calm, clinically guided care starts with the people behind it.

The SkanWell team is committed to creating a better clinical experience: one that feels personal, clear, thoughtful, and focused on helping patients feel better from the inside out.

Our team brings together clinical care, patient education, wellness support, and a shared belief that patients deserve more than rushed visits or one-size-fits-all treatment plans.

Built around trust, clarity, and follow-through.

At SkanWell, patients are supported by a team that believes in listening first, explaining clearly, and building treatment plans around individual goals.

Whether a patient is interested in hormone health, medical weight management, IV therapy, injectables, laser treatments, skin health, body composition tracking, skincare, nutraceuticals, or long-term wellness support, the experience should feel organized and personal.

SkanWell’s team is here to help patients understand their options and feel confident in their next step.

Founder & Director of Patient Experience

Lexi Coville, BSN, RN

With 18 years of nursing experience, Alexandra “Lexi” Coville, BSN, RN, brings a broad background in health and wellness, patient care, and clinical operations to SkanWell. Her experience spans care for patients from birth through adulthood and has shaped a philosophy centered on helping people feel better, live healthier, and approach their long-term health with greater confidence.

At SkanWell, Lexi serves as Director of Patient Experience, helping shape the way patients experience the practice from their first interaction through treatment, follow-up, and ongoing care. Her nursing background allows her to understand both the clinical side of care and the questions, concerns, and expectations patients bring with them. Her goal is to help create an environment where patients feel heard, informed, comfortable, and supported.

Lexi has completed advanced training in energy-based technologies and injectables and has a strong interest in the connection between wellness, skin health, aesthetics, and overall vitality. She is particularly passionate about hormonal health and the meaningful changes that appropriate, medically guided care can make in the lives of both women and men.

Her philosophy is straightforward: feel good first, look good second.

For Lexi, aesthetics are one part of a much larger picture. She believes that helping people improve their health, energy, confidence, and quality of life should come before simply changing how they look. Her broader goal is to help patients pursue longer, healthier, and happier lives through thoughtful care, education, prevention, and sustainable lifestyle choices.

Lexi’s interest in health began well before her nursing career. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utica University. She is also completing her MBA at Syracuse University, bringing together her clinical background with an expanding understanding of business, leadership, and healthcare operations.

Originally from New York’s Hudson Valley, Lexi has called Central New York home since graduating from SUNY Cortland.

Outside of SkanWell, Lexi is the mother of four boys and is rarely standing still. When she is not working, she can usually be found working out, coaching one of her boys, cheering from the sidelines, or serving as the family’s unofficial Uber driver.

What Patients Can Expect

We listen first.

Your goals, symptoms, history, and concerns matter. We start with the full picture before recommending a plan.

We explain clearly.

Patients should understand their options, what a treatment may involve, and what follow-up may be needed.

We personalize care.

There is no one-size-fits-all plan. Recommendations are shaped around your needs, goals, and clinical suitability.

We focus on follow-through.

SkanWell is designed to support consistency through follow-up care, treatment planning, SkanWell Bank, skincare routines, and wellness support.
