Does my entire monthly payment become credit?
Yes. 100% of your monthly membership payment becomes SkanWell credit toward eligible care. Any separate enrollment fee is governed by your agreement.
Can I use credit for skincare?
Eligible products may qualify, subject to vendor rules, inventory and SkanWell policy. Ask our team to confirm the specific brand and product.
Can I use credit for labs, prescriptions or clinical program fees?
No. Outside laboratory charges, prescription and pharmacy charges, medication shipping, and HRT or weight-loss monthly clinical program fees are separate.
Can I combine membership benefits with a package or promotion?
Member discounts do not stack with packages, series pricing, promotions or already-discounted offers. Credit use toward those offers requires specific permission under the offer and membership terms. Confirm eligibility before purchase.
Is there a minimum term or enrollment fee?
An initial membership term applies, followed by month-to-month renewal under the agreement. A one-time enrollment fee may apply. Our team will explain the exact term, any fee and cancellation process before enrollment.
What happens to my credit if I cancel?
Remaining credit, refunds, credit expiration and cancellation timing are governed by your membership agreement. Ask the team to walk you through those terms before joining.
Is SkanWell Bank insurance?
No. It is a membership and credit program for eligible SkanWell services and products. Treatment remains subject to clinical assessment, and results vary.
