SkanWell Bank is designed for eligible SkanWell services and products. Some services and costs are separate.
SkanWell Bank credit cannot be used to pay, reimburse, or discount:
Quest Diagnostics or outside laboratory charges
Prescription medication or pharmacy charges
Medication shipping fees
Outside services or third-party charges
HRT or weight-loss monthly clinical program fees
Promotions, packages, or already-discounted offers unless specifically allowed
Products or brands restricted by vendor rules
Laboratory testing, prescription medications, and pharmacy charges are billed separately from SkanWell services and are not covered by SkanWell Bank credit.

Monthly credit
Each membership payment becomes usable SkanWell credit toward eligible SkanWell services and products.
Enrollment fee
A one-time enrollment fee may apply at the time of membership enrollment.
Initial term
SkanWell Bank memberships have an initial membership term, followed by month-to-month renewal unless cancelled according to the membership terms.
Cancellation
Membership cancellation instructions are provided at enrollment. SkanWell is committed to using a clear cancellation process.
Credit use
SkanWell Bank credit is individual to the member and may be used only toward eligible services and products under SkanWell policy.
No stacking
Member pricing and bank credit do not stack with promotions, packages, series pricing, or already-discounted offers unless specifically stated.
Product restrictions
