Nordlys · light & laser treatments
Nordlys includes SWT IPL and fractional laser technologies. IPL is used for selected pigment and redness concerns; laser resurfacing is a different modality. Your clinician confirms the appropriate applicator.
Light & Bright combines IPL and fractional resurfacing when appropriate. Resurfacing services are not RF microneedling.
Matrix · RF skin treatments
Matrix uses radiofrequency technology. RF microneedling combines needles with RF energy; other RF resurfacing approaches differ. The team confirms the applicator and treatment plan for your selected service.

How do I choose a treatment?
Begin with an Aesthetic Consultation. Your clinician considers your skin concerns, treatment history, medications, recent sun exposure and downtime preferences before recommending a plan.
Are IPL, laser resurfacing and RF the same?
No. IPL uses filtered pulses of light, fractional lasers use laser energy, and RF treatments use radiofrequency energy. The device and applicator selected depend on the concern and clinical assessment.
Which treatment is right for my skin tone?
Suitability depends on the specific technology, applicator, skin history and concern. A platform’s capabilities do not mean every treatment is appropriate for every skin tone. Your clinician reviews options individually.
Can I have treatment if I have a tan?
Tell the team about recent sun exposure, tanning products or tanning beds. Treatment may need to be delayed or changed. Follow your clinician’s preparation instructions.
How much downtime should I expect?
Recovery varies by treatment and intensity. Ask about redness, swelling, sensitivity, peeling and other possible effects before booking around an event. A no-downtime result is not guaranteed.
How many sessions will I need?
Your clinician recommends a plan after assessment. A series may be appropriate, but the number of sessions and maintenance needs vary. No specific outcome or fixed series is promised.
What risks should I discuss?
Risks depend on the technology and your skin. Discuss potential burns, pigment changes, scarring, infection and other treatment-specific effects with your clinician, along with alternatives and aftercare.
What does the consultation cost?
The Aesthetic Consultation is $49.99, applied toward treatment. Treatment and eligible add-ons are separate charges. Your team explains the selected service and any additional costs before proceeding.
Are facial add-ons included?
No. Glacé Facial Sculpting Add-On is listed separately at $35. Ask which services it can be added to and whether it is appropriate for you.
