Before you book
A few helpful answers.
How do IV therapy and injections differ?
IV therapy delivers a prescribed infusion through an intravenous line. An injection delivers a selected medication or nutrient by the route determined by your clinician. They have different suitability and visit requirements.
Do I need a consultation first?
Our team will explain the screening and provider-review requirements for the service you select. IV Hydration Consultation and Wellness Injection Consultation are each listed at $49.99; the wellness injection consultation is credited toward treatment.
How do I choose an IV?
You do not need to choose a formula yourself. Discuss your health history, medications, allergies and goals with the team. The clinician reviews appropriate options, ingredients, risks and alternatives.
What is included in the price?
Listed prices apply to the named services. IV Therapy Add-In is a separate $25 option when appropriate; it is not included in the base IV price. Ask which ingredients, dose and visit requirements apply before treatment.
Do you offer NAD+ and glutathione?
NAD+ IV and NAD+ Injection are listed in the menu. You can also ask the team about glutathione availability, formulation, suitability and pricing. No standalone glutathione price is listed here.
Will an IV boost immunity, cure fatigue or detox my body?
These outcomes are not guaranteed. Service names are menu labels, not proof of a clinical benefit. Persistent fatigue, illness or other symptoms may need a separate medical evaluation.
What risks should I discuss?
Ask about needle-site reactions, infection, allergic reactions and risks specific to the proposed fluids or ingredients. Tell the team about medications, allergies, pregnancy and heart or kidney conditions before treatment.
Are compounded products FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Ask the team about the exact product proposed for your care.
How long does a visit take and how often should I come?
Timing and any recommended schedule depend on the treatment and your clinical needs. The team will explain the expected appointment length and follow-up; there is no universal schedule.
Can I use SkanWell Bank or a package?
Ask our team to confirm the eligibility of your selected service and any package before using Bank credit. Package availability and combination rules depend on the current offer.
Can I come in for severe dehydration or urgent symptoms?
This wellness service is not emergency care. Severe dehydration, chest pain, difficulty breathing or other urgent symptoms need prompt medical evaluation. Call 911 for a medical emergency.
