How many visits will I need?
Your clinician recommends a course based on the area, skin and hair characteristics, and response. A three-treatment or eight-treatment package is a purchase option, not a guarantee that your treatment course will be complete. Maintenance may be needed.
What does “8 treatments: 6 + 2 included” mean?
It means six initial treatments plus two included follow-up treatments of the same purchased areas. The final two retain the same area coverage and must be used within 24 months after treatment six. Your clinician confirms suitability and timing. There are eight included treatments total.
Which hair-removal services are available for men?
Men can choose full body, full arms, full legs, facial areas, face and neck, chest, abdomen, back, shoulders, Manzilian and the combinations listed above. Full arms include hands and fingers; full legs include feet and toes. Your clinician confirms treatment boundaries and suitability before treatment.
Does the 40% special include full body?
Yes. The 40% offer applies to all listed three- and eight-treatment hair-removal packages, including women’s and men’s full body. It does not apply to single sessions. One discounted package per person; no retroactive adjustment or stacking with other promotions or membership discounts. Is this laser or IPL hair removal?
SkanWell uses the Candela Nordlys platform. Its SWT hair-reduction technology uses narrowband intense pulsed light (IPL), which is distinct from a laser. Your clinician will explain the applicator and treatment suitable for you.
Is treatment suitable for every skin tone and hair color?
Suitability depends on your skin, hair, sun exposure, health history and the available technology. Your clinician will assess you before treatment. We do not promise that every skin or hair type can be treated.
Is it permanent?
The goal is lasting hair reduction. Complete removal of every hair is not guaranteed, and further treatments may be needed.
What does treatment feel like?
You may feel warmth or a brief snapping sensation. Comfort varies. The team will explain available comfort measures; topical numbing is a separately priced add-on when appropriate.
What should I expect afterward?
Temporary redness, swelling and sensitivity can occur. Less common complications can include blistering, pigment changes or scarring. Follow your clinician’s aftercare instructions and contact the clinic with concerns.
Can I treat all areas with the full-body package?
Full body includes all clinically eligible body areas agreed with your care team before treatment. You may opt into or out of areas; the category’s price stays the same. Plan for approximately five hours when treating all areas. If treatment is split across appointments, completion of the agreed areas counts as one treatment, including for the two follow-ups in an eight-treatment package.
How do I book a treatment and purchase a package?
On our online booking page, select the hair-removal service you want. Pay for your package at that service visit, or call (680) 200-7100 to purchase beforehand. No separate hair-removal consultation appointment or consultation payment is required. Booking reserves appointment time; it does not purchase a package. Your care team checks preparation, suitability and the time needed before performing treatment.
What if my appointment is after the promotional deadline?
Booking alone does not secure the package price. To receive the offer, purchase your package during the promotional purchase window and while spaces remain. Call to purchase beforehand when your treatment appointment is later. Treatment visits can take place after the purchase deadline.
When can I use the optional discounted maintenance visits?
After using the two included follow-ups, you may book up to two additional maintenance treatments at 50% off the then-current single-treatment price for the same purchased areas. Those optional visits must also take place within the same 24-month period after treatment six. They are separate from the eight prepaid treatments and do not extend that deadline.
